Francis W. Worthington, Esquire
Mr. Worthington is licensed by the state and federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on New Jersey workers’ compensation and personal injury defense in both New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. He received his B.S. from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School in 1989 and his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1992. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Worthington entered into private practice by working with his brother David at the Law Offices of David L. Worthington. In 1998, the firm was renamed to Worthington & Worthington. Mr. Worthington frequently provides in-house seminars on New Jersey workers’ compensation to insurance companies, third party administrators, and self-insureds.
